When do I need a job profile and can I re-use them?
You do not need to complete the job profile prior to sending the assessment to the candidate as the comparison occurs within the resulting report and does not affect the assessment itself.
However, a job profile should be developed prior to the interview process so that once the candidate completes the assessment, you are able to compare them to the job profile and determine the right questions to ask in the interview.
If you are hiring again for the same position, the job profile can be re-used. However, if some time has passed since the creation of the job profile, you may wish to create a new one or edit the existing one if it is no longer relevant.
