If you already have a job profile created and want to edit it, the way to do so will depend on which method was used to create it. For more information on the methods of creating a job profile, see How do I create a job profile?

Edit a job profile developed using the individual method:

1. Click the Assessments tab
2. Click Browse
3. Click into the appropriate Job Survey
   • Note: You can use the Filter By options to locate the appropriate Job Survey
4. Edit the values for:
   • Real DO
   • Real SO
   • Real RE
   • Real CO
5. Click Save Values
   • Note: The sum of the values must equal 168 in order for the Set Composite button to be available. The system will provide the average for each trait scale as a reference point, however, you do not want to use the average as the Composite because if the profiles included are very different, the average will not be an accurate reflection of the ideal job profile.

Edit a job profile developed using the stakeholder or top performer method:

1. Click the Comparisons tab
2. Click into the appropriate Group (if applicable)
3. Click into the appropriate comparison
4. Enter the desired values for the final job profile under Composite:
   • DO
   • SO
   • RE
   • CO
5. Click Set Composite
   • Note: The sum of the values must equal 168 in order for the Set Composite button to be available. The system will provide the average for each trait scale as a reference point, however, you do not want to use the average as the Composite because if the profiles included are very different, the average will not be an accurate reflection of the ideal job profile.
