STEP 01 - Initial Contact
Goal: To understand the basics & book a 30-45min slot for a follow up meeting.
Follow up: Send diary invite, meeting agenda and video overview.
This can be via email, video, phone or F2F.
Preparation for Initial Contact
  1. Identify your Dream 100 Prospects
  2. Create marketing sequence of emails with follow up calls to arrange meeting – see examples in your i-intro® platform Knowledgebase (“Sales & Marketing”)

STEP 02 - Initial Meeting
Goal: Pitch your proposition inc. a short demo of i-intro® (including Candidate Pack) to impress upon them the value of working with you. By the end of the call, the prospect should have a good understanding
of your recruitment process, fees, replacement policy and be open to working with you.
Follow up: Send a quick email detailing what you will be following up with; eg McQuaig Job Survey’s to the hiring stakeholders. Send a custom designed proposal inc T&Cs. Send video overview of i-intro® (if other stakeholders / decision makers are to be involved but not available).
This can be via Zoom/Teams or F2F.
Preparation for Initial Meeting
  1. Prepare a custom designed draft Candidate Pack (CP) with Job Description inserted if available (See example in your i-intro® platform Knowledgebase – Search “Candidate Pack”).
  2. Call / email 24h in advance to ensure meeting is confirmed.

STEP 03 - Follow Up Call
Goal: To discuss your Sales Proposal (see example in your i-intro® platform Knowledgebase – Search
“Sales Proposal”) and their commitment to proceed. Check that they have received the McQuaig
Job Surveys and ask them to be returned in advance of the Kick Off Meeting.
Follow up: Send your Preferential Terms (see example in your i-intro® platform Knowledgebase –
Search “Preferential Terms”) confirming any revised T&Cs via e-doc software.
This can be via Zoom/Team or phone.
Preparation for Follow up Call
  1. Agree follow up call with prospect in advance, eg within 3 days of proposal being sent.

STEP 04 - Kick Off Meeting
Goal: To consult with them and understand / agree on the person profile from the McQuaig Job Survey, review
and agree any final changes to Candidate Pack. Agree schedule of progress meetings (weekly) and set
proposed interview schedule for Candidates.
Follow up: Confirm outcomes and schedule meetings in diaries. Set up campaign in i-intro®.
This can be via Zoom/Teams or F2F.
Preparation for the Kick Off Meeting
  1. Review McQuaig client responses, create reports for review and send to the client in advance so they can review ahead of the meeting. Finalise Candidate Pack for presentation at the meeting to get it signed off.

STEP 05 - Weekly Progress Review Meetings
Goal: To update the client on your search progress and any challenges that are being experienced.
Follow up: Confirm any specific outcomes or actions.
This can be via Zoom/Teams or F2F.


STEP 06 - Candidate Reveal
Goal: To introduce the client to their shortlisted candidates. To show them how to access the platform and how to view and benchmark each candidate as well as how to schedule interviews.
Follow up: Invite all contacts to the platform and confirm any specific outcomes such as interview dates or actions.
This can be via Zoom/Teams or F2F.
