Cold Call 30 Second Pitch
So if
I've only got a 30 second pitch with the client I'm going to say:
"Listen, I'm
not like every recruiter. I'm not going to tell you how great we are at finding
people because of course we are. What I'm going to do is give you some clarity
on the real issue and tell you that where I think you need to focus is actually
on your new employee retention. We typically find that employers like you have
a 20% to 30% new employee attrition rate. We have a process and methodology
which delivers a mere 4% attrition rate. And I'm so confident of that
particular statistic that I'm sharing with you is that we offer our clients as
standard a twelve month free replacement policy. So anybody I place with you,
if they leave or you fire them within twelve months I will do the work again
for you free of charge. Now when are you free to speak in greater detail?"
