  1.  It will take you 5-10 minutes but don’t worry if it takes a little longer, there is no time limit
  2. Get yourself settled where you will be uninterrupted and avoid distractions
  3. This is not about you or your personal behaviours – think of the role that you are hiring for, think about how you want the person being hired to behave and act in the role
  4.  Don’t overthink the answers, go with your instinct, the first answer is probably the right one
