Candidate Instructions

  1.  It will take you 15-20 minutes but don’t worry if it takes a little longer, there is no time limit.
  2. Get yourself settled where you will be uninterrupted and avoid distractions.
  3.  It’s neither a skills test or intelligence test so there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers.
  4. Don’t overthink the answers, go with your instinct, the first answer is probably the right one.
  5. Answer honestly.
  6. This is about understanding who you are to help you find the right career move and to place you in the right role in the right organisation for you.
