Background
You have been made aware, via another client (Gavin Wheeler, MD of WDMP), that FT10 are recruiting for an Operations Director. Your client (Gavin) has worked with you before when he was hiring and he really liked it. He mentioned your success at helping him hire to your prospect, James O’Brien, MD of FT10. James is searching for an Operations Director.
So, this is a warm call but still the first time you have ever spoken to James O’Brien.

You have researched FT10 on the internet and have learned that they are a call centre business delivering marketing campaigns to their clients who are predominantly Technology companies that outsource their marketing. They are an international business with offices in the UK, US and Germany. The HQ is based in Leeds and further research on LinkedIn shows that they have a team of c125 people of which the Leeds team constitutes c95 people. No reliable turnover figures for the business could be sourced.
